Last post before the big marathon!!

So all it seems i post about is running and races. I am so excited to have another fun thing to post about! My cute niece Jayla! I never knew i could love someone so much after only knowing her for 6 days!

I love this picture of her! She now occupies the background on my cell phone!

I am the only girl in my family, and have always wanted a sister, so having Jayla in my life now gets me so excited for all the fun girly things i will get to do with her!

I hope Steph does not kill me for posting a hospital picture, but i love this picture of their new little family! She looks great for just having a baby! Thanks Steph for letting me hog her!

Mom, Brett and I just staring at Jayla. It is hard to keep my eyes off of her, even when she is just sleeping.

And this is my blanket i made her. I used BreAnna's tag along pattern and just made a bigger one. I then attached a toy on all four sides connected with one of the ribbons.

I love ladybugs, and Steph did a jungle theme for Jayla's room, so i combined the two!

This is how Jayla likes to sleep. Arms straight up in the air. It is hilarious. We will snuggle her all up in her blanket, and she works hard to get those arms up and out of there!

Well, i am off to Newport, Oregon Friday morning for the marathon on Saturday. I am very nervous, but excited as well. Eric says i am ready and i have trained hard, so i hope all that hard work pays off. I will fill you all in just as soon as i get back and can walk to my computer! Ha!!
