"Run like hell and get the agony over with." don't know who said this! But AMEN!

I stole this from my cousin Jesse's running blog, because i cannot seem to watch it enough and it is worthy of sharing with all of you! Thanks Jesse!

This is my quote for the week. I run 15 on Saturday and already am freaking out! It is just so dang far! 2 more than my half marathon, but when you get this high in distance, adding two more seems like adding ten more! Ha!

The difference between the mile and the marathon is the difference between burning your fingers with a match and being slowly roasted over hot coals.

I love the quote. I still want to do a relay this summer. Either the Duathlon on Antelope Island or the Salem tri. I don't know who could bike that one. Let me know if you have any thoughts. 15 miles this weekend? I am so proud of you. You are seriously my idol. I need to get out there and start training.

Great job Jess! You are so awesome. I had a funny dream about you the other night that I will have to tell you about if you ever decide to return my call!
