1st stop....San Diego Zoo!

So, ten days in California... What a trip. I went with my Mom, my grandparents from Canada, and my Mom's two brothers, wives and kids. It was a great time. Our first stop was the San Diego Zoo. Much better than the Boise Zoo, Las Vegas Zoo and Hogle Zoo. Heck, even better than the train ride through Lagoon! Ha!

I love that i almost blend into this picture. I did plan my little outfit for the zoo day. :) These great little seats massaged our feet after a LONG day walking....

This is a picture of me, my mom and my mom's mom. Three generation picture!

Funny, almost every picture i have with my cute cousin Hunter, he either has a mouth full of food or making a crazy face! I love that kid!!

This is my other cousin Gavin. Him and Hunter are brothers but complete opposites. It was great to see there faces and how excited they would be to see a hippo or giraffe.

This is Brooklyn. She melts my heart. My newest cousin and so glad that a girl has come around again. I have one other girl cousin and she is 4 years older than me, so i was really excited when she came to Russel and Aubrey a year ago!!

Overall a great day at the Zoo! But stay tuned, Sea World was next and boy do i have some great pictures and even better stories!

How fun! Spencer just asked me the other day when we could go back. Isn't that zoo HUGE? I swear my feet were dying after we left! Looks like you had a fun trip! Jealous!

Jess you look so great! I LOVE your dark hair. Going to the zoo is much more fun when you go with cute little kids, it looks like fun. And to answer your question, I've never eaten elk before, but it looks like i'm going to have to be a big fan now
