Hi everyone, hope that your thanksgiving was great! I had the opportunity to run the cold turkey race on thanksgiving morning with some of my favourite cousins. Jenna, Jesse, Blake and Kristen and i all ran the cold race ending at memorial grove. And for all of those who know me and know my obsession with Utah murders and kidnappings, memorial grove was a funny place to end. You all remember the Lori Hacking murder? That is where she "went missing while she was jogging." We all know that ended up on being a lie, but how weird that when i hear of where the race takes place, the first thing i think of was Lori Hacking. Little warped.
Thanksgiving was great! This is the first year i did not have any brothers around. Two got married this summer, and one is on a mission, so it was a little different. Russ and Aubrey put on an amazing dinner, great turkey all around with the traditional roasted turkey cooked by Russ, and a deep-fried turkey oiled by Allen. Good times. When you live away, family suddenly becomes that more special, so it is nice to be able to come home and see all of them.
